Research interests

The expertise of Dr. Xin Deng is the study of the electrocatalytic processes in renewable energy systems at the surfaces and interfaces of well-defined model catalysts. Her research activities in the group focus on the in situ investigation of energy materials by combining Electrochemical Infrared Reflection Absorption Spectroscopy (EC-IRAS) and High Energy Surface X-ray Diffraction (HE-XRD) techniques.
